“I worked with a few people as our kitchen was being remodeled. The installation went very well. The team was professional and very careful with the pieces. We were pleased with the outcome! We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!”

They were kind and communicative and made the whole process really easy. The install looks amazing. But more impressive than that, they went above and beyond after it was discovered that our plumber installed our valves incorrectly and then ghosted us. Bonnie Tile lent their plumber to us and he saved the day. We’re definitely shopping here for our next projects.”

They still got me in and unloaded me which I’m greatly appreciative of. 53’ dry van, they unloaded me in their lot instead of having me back into a dock. Friendly people & they unload fast. “UPDATE: Randi (general manager) reached out to me and invited me back into the store so she could personally show/demo the machine I was interested in. She was extremely helpful and apologetic about my experience. She was very knowledgeable about the machine and walked me through everything from setting it up/how to make a coffee/and went through all the features with me. I definitely appreciated her call and her assistance and the fact that she righted a wrong.
Only reason this has 1 star is so I can write a review. Arrived to the store with full intentions of buying a delonghi espresso machine that is exclusive to Williams Sonoma (around $1,200). They had it on display for demo, but you had to have an Associate assist. I walked up to the counter with my husband and we waited. The two ladies working the registers were checking customers out, but we weren’t acknowledged at all - not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Once the customers left, which was about 10 minutes later, we finally got someone’s attention and asked if they could assist us with the machine. She told us she didn’t know how to use it, but the other associate could. The other associate told us to wait 5 minutes while she finished gift wrapping something for a customer. No problem - however 10-15 minutes went by and she still never came around. The original associate noticed we were still waiting and blamed it on the fact there were only two of them working. We asked if she could plug it in as it seemed straight forward and we could probably figure it out (honestly I just wanted to see the user interface). She told us that they don’t let the customers use the machines because “you know.” After waiting in the store for 30 minutes and getting that as an answer we decided to leave and will not be purchasing the machine from them. Looks like someone else will be getting our money and I won’t be back.”

I came in with my husband and two sons, he was patient, spoke professionally and joked kindly to my older son who has special needs. He even called multiple store locations and came with us back to the front desk twice to try to find corners for a stone selection we wanted. Excellent manners and customer service.”
