“I can only say what a great Company to deal with! My wife needed surgery for her eye and we called Comfort Solutions. The equipment arrived the very next day. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The only challenge was where to place the chair for optimum viewing usage of the mirror. I spoke to Penney and she explained the best way to use it. Thank-you Penney for your time and patience! After we sent the equipment back I was charged $35.00 for a missing cushion. Sure enough it was under the bed! As soon as I returned it, I was immediately refunded the $35.00. Thank-you again Comfort Solutions for such a great product and excellent customer service.”
