She was very efficient and stayed in touch with me to keep me informed on the status of my shoes. She explained everything about the inserts and when to change them at the time I picked up my shoes. “Cancer is tremendously hard for the patients, and the family members also hurt for their loved ones. During my mother's interactions with medical staff, it was tough for her to communicate inquiries specifically. When I tell you that Ms. Jodi has been the most easy person we have interacted with this whole year, I truly mean it. Her place of business immediately brings warmth and welcome as soon as you enter the door. My mother was worried she wouldn't know how to explain what she wanted. There was no need to anyway! “I have been using a CPAP machine for over 25 years. I have dealt with many different companies. Lincare provides the best customer service ever. Any problems that I had were minor most of them in fact all of them were my fault and I wasn't using the machine properly. They were very helpful and if I can give them a 10 star rating I would I highly recommend them very professional and unbelievable customer service.”

“A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get a walker and wheelchair. Rita was incredibly informative and helpful. The ice pack she recommended has made a huge difference. I’m taking the walker in today because the rear wheels I added keep coming off, and I’m hoping they can fix it. Rita made the overall experience very positive and helped set me up on the road to recovery.
Quick update - I took the walker in, and they replaced the rear wheels. They work great, and I’m very appreciative!”
