Worst customer service, fraud collection of debt paid in August and account showing 0 balance. Would not recommend.

I have a doctor’s order for a Cpap since October 2021. It’s March 2023 and it hasn’t been delivered. All I get it’s excuses every time I call. Awful customer service .

CALLED TO GET A HOSPITAL BED FROM uhc DISTCONNECTED 5 TIMES, WORST SERVICE EVER, TERRIBLE SERVICE ON HOLD EACH TIME FOR 15+ MINUTES AND THEN DISCONNECTED, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
