“Matt, I believe is the GM, he is so helpful ! I had a pair of sneakers stolen from my house and the person with them wanted a receipt before they returned them to me which is insane but whatever. Anywho- matt searched through all these transactions to find my receipt and he could have easily said no, he didn’t have time didn’t have the ability, but he didn’t. He took time out of his day to do that for me and I appreciate it soo much. Great customer service. I love this store”
“The associate that helped us Rylie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in every way. I have been in retail myself and even was a manager at one store and have never seen customer service like Rylie's is. If they aren't a manager now already they should be.”
