“I absolutely love Ross, there is such good stuff and they have name brand stuff like Nike and under armor. Got my daughter a bunch of under armor shorts for such a great deal, they also have name brand makeup products like langeige lip mask or too faced makeup stuff. Love this store”
“This is my first time in this store, it was OK, I felt that they could’ve used more changing rooms so people could get in and out faster. It was a bit disorganized and not exactly handicap friendly when you’re trying to shop in small aisles, I did buy a few discounted items, but overall this place reminded me of any Marshall’s/HomeGoods store located in New York. “Cool spot for creative gifts and beautiful piercing jewelry. Again their bridal area always gives me the giggles and their back packs are popular. The one downside is that there was not much help at this location. I love their key chain section and shot glasses.”
“On Oct. 16 my daughter and I came in for her some new jeans. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by all the employees who were all very busy stocking and doing things. My daughter needed help finding the right style jeans and a very nice employee gladly helped. I do not know her name but I assume she was the manager on duty as she used the opportunity to help us to train another employee how to search up items and ect. Just want to say the curly blonde hair manager is a absolute rockstar with customer service and should be considered for a raise or promotion of some sort. Thank y'all very much for your help”
“The ladies working today have been extremely helpful and kind. They took their time looking through the items I'm trying to sell to them even though it was a lot. They really worked with me on how best to bring in the items for them to go though. This Plato's closet is the furthest from my house but definitely worth the drive. I've been to two other clothes store that buy clothes in the past 2 days, and I wish I just took the extra drive and started here. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Would recommend”
