“Went to Lowe’s and I was looking for dishwasher and this elder lady with a cane came to assist me and so happy she did. Last time I had a gentleman named Larry and I was actually looking for him not this lady but she greeted me and knew what I needed. Awesome service and Larry also appeared after a few minutes to help her retrieve my item out back! Her name is Karen and I want to just mention her because it deserves mentioning!! Ty Karen”
