“I can’t say enough about the employees, their knowledge and commitment to high standards. They were able to answer my questions, get my old phones transferred and new phones activated. This is a very well run store, very calm employees which makes it less stressful for the customer. I had a few hiccups with my situation and he was very calm and handled it well. All the employees are knowledgeable about T-Mobile plans and about all the different phones available. With each customer who walked in they were respectful, helpful, and honest. I highly recommend this location.”
“Ever since I had a bad experience at another T-Mobile, I’ve been coming to this location instead. I recently bought a new phone and tried to transfer my data myself but ended up messing it up. When I came into the store, it was quiet and I was greeted right away by three employees. Bree helped me out and took care of the transfer with no problem. She was friendly and professional. The other two guys working at the time were also helpful and welcoming. This is probably my fourth or fifth visit here and it’s always been a good experience. The last time I was in, another employee helped me and set me up with a tablet that’s been working great. Overall, this store has consistently given me good service and I’ll keep coming back.”

“I love this Company. Needed a TV hung on my lanai and Alex squeezed me into the schedule. Brain the tech was top notch. Arrived on time, work was great and was very professional. Brian took the time to fully set up the TV and answer my questions. I will ABSOLUTELY use Quality TV again.”
