“Ever since I had a bad experience at another T-Mobile, I’ve been coming to this location instead. I recently bought a new phone and tried to transfer my data myself but ended up messing it up. When I came into the store, it was quiet and I was greeted right away by three employees. Bree helped me out and took care of the transfer with no problem. She was friendly and professional. The other two guys working at the time were also helpful and welcoming. This is probably my fourth or fifth visit here and it’s always been a good experience. The last time I was in, another employee helped me and set me up with a tablet that’s been working great. Overall, this store has consistently given me good service and I’ll keep coming back.”
“This place is very busy they never have enough staff there. Any time i go there its 1 to 2 hours . all the chairs are hard wood and NO cushion. was 21 people in there. 2 working and one checking people in and asking whats wrong. they do good just need more help”
