“We went in to upgrade a phone, the first man that asked what we needed seemed very annoyed that we were there, an hour before they closed . Was short, and snarky with replies. Another customer came in, he asked them what they needed, while we were updating our app to start the transfer . He made a call out on their behalf , while we waited, another worker came out from the back, Emily. She was able to continue our needs and walked us through the differences between phones, payments, and even took the time to transfer what was needed . She was super friendly, patient, and met all of our needs. Before we were leaving, the other gentleman was on the phone to try and get a warranty for the customer and rushed them , telling them they closer in 20 mins and didn’t have time to complete the transaction, and sent them to Sarasota. . He was not worth the 5 star but EMILY was great.”

“This place is very busy they never have enough staff there. Any time i go there its 1 to 2 hours . all the chairs are hard wood and NO cushion. was 21 people in there. 2 working and one checking people in and asking whats wrong. they do good just need more help”
“The two gentlemen behind the desk were very nice and knowledgeable even though they were 5 minutes out from closing time. This was about a year ago and I'm planning to go back tomorrow. Reading the reviews I hope I get the same welcome I did last time. When people are dealing with their phones and technology they need a friendly face or two to turn to and this is absolutely what I found at this store”
“This store is well organized to help you but you should make an appointment or you may wait over an hour to speak to someone. It's also much better to go to the store than talk to the phone support as they always mess up my account.”
