“Bought a phone for 99 year old Father in Law. Luckily we went to a company store so that they could guide us in what to get. We would buy him the latest and greatest phone however he would not be able to use it. They actually saved us $170 dollars because someone else tried to sell us a more expensive phone that he never would be able to use. Also adding the additional number to the account only cost us an additional $10 a month. We tried online also but they wanted to change our plan and at over 70 y are old we like our plan and know how to use it. Verizon cellular works for us. A little costly but we are over 70 and it helps since we have iPhones, watch’s and iPads and the interface between Verizon and Apple is well within our septuagenarian capabilities.”

He greeted me with a Smile, was Thoughtful, and Kind! If you are visiting the store, Marlon is the person you want to take care of you, as he provided me with a solution to my problem, that will allow my wife and I to upgrade our phones and save $ in the process. Xfinity should look to this gentleman as an example of how customer service should be provided!”
