We walked in and was instantly met by Preston. He was very pleasant and listened to my problem. My phone had messed up from downloads. While we were fixing that problem he asked if we stilled used our hot spot. Informed us of a better option, a router that would work better for our RV. After explaining how it would be better for our situation I asked him if they had a deal for getting my husband a better phone than the one he had. Preston helped us out with getting him a great phone and we left a very happy and great full couple. Thank you Preston you were great.

Matt was awesome…made an appointment a few earlier….got there right on time….he took me right in….downloaded everything from the old phone to the new phone….walked out within an hour with everything working great!!! Honestly the best swapping to a new phone EVER….

I didn't like going there years ago but since your current manager took over it has been great. I think his name is Curtis or Chris, not sure. He does a great job.

The employees are not verizon employees they are contracted. If you see responses to reviews the email to reach out to is Russell something..
We walked in around 5pm today 08/28/2025. There were no customers In there. On employee. I didn't get his name it was never provided.
He sat in the furthest desk away from the door. Never stood up, never greeted us. Just said how can I help you. No hi nothing. To only be told that we would have to go online to get the free Samsung that we had been offered via Verizon texting. Didn't explain anything other than they cant offer it.
Never recommended anything else to us. Basically he acted like we were a bother. Like I said No customers were in there. Just him sitting on the tablet doing god knows what.
Poor customer service. Do better! We are why you have a job. Please Work on Providing great customer service. Oh and the more you tell us to call for the deal the less you will be needed. Just sayin...
This location is small and the selection is not there. Try the Port Charlotte location. Better customer service witb a ton of knowledge and a larger selection of phones.

Curtis did a great job upgrading us to a new phone. He took the time to explain all is was doing and all the changes that would be on our bill.
All in all, a great experience.

This was a great experience. I went in to upgrade my phone from an android to a iPhone. They made it very easy moved all of my data to the new phone. Great service.
