“Buying the bike was a great experience, the salesman listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to oversell me. The repairs are so fast and reasonable. Buy the flat tire warranty!! It’s the best $60 you’ll ever spend! I refer all my friends and at least 2 have bought bikes at the Fort Lauderdale store.”

“Good parking, very clean environment, friendly personnel, seems to be well stocked. Fabian, the repair tech, was very friendly and explained all regarding why the tire went flat a d how to upkeep tires. I had purchased an automatic inflator and he tested it versus the shop one and worked great. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I went there for a tune up on two older Schwinn bikes. They were so polite and helpful. They took them out of my SUV and didn’t let me do a thing. Such gentlemen. The bikes are like new - replaced cassette and chain. The brakes were adjusted and tires replaced or repaired. I’m so happy because I was thinking of junking them even though they are not that old. The cost was $257 for both bikes. It would have been $800 to buy new ones. He was not trying to sell me a bike; he said to keep them bc they are not made as well. A great experience with an honest company.”

“First time in the shop and it felt like I had been a loyal customer for years. The staff was very welcoming from the start. I had called ahead to determine if they had a part in stock and asked if they could put it aside for me. After chatting with the guys for a while, I almost forgot why I even went to the store. This is definitely a shop that knows a lot about bikes and people. I will definitely be visiting again!!”

“Excellent service! I brought in a brand-new BMX that arrived in a box, and the team assembled everything perfectly. They took their time to make sure every detail was dialed in — brakes aligned, wheels straight, chain tension set, and the bike ready to ride. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If you need a bike built or serviced, I highly recommend this shop!”

“I own two Enzo electric bikes, excellent bikes. I ride them on a daily basis so after 6 years they are in need of a tune up and new brakes. I call local bike shops and they are not familiar with the bike. I google Enzo bike repair and call to make an appointment. They tell me no need just come in. Next morning I arrive around 10:30 am. I’m helped immediately, they help me unload the bikes from my truck and start the diagnostics on each bike. The level of customer service was outstanding. I thought I would drop them off and see when they would get a chance to service them. I mentioned that I came from Vero beach to Pompano beach because it was the only shop that was familiar with Italian made Enzo’s. He fixed the bikes while I waited. I was on my way home by 11:40. They had the replacement parts in Stock!! Pricing was very reasonable. I felt very special they treated me so kindly but then I noticed all others where treated just as nice. This is a great bike shop, level of customer service is above any I’ve ever felt with. Highly recommendThank you for your kindness and fabulous customer service.”

“I would trust Pedrito with my life, not just my bike. This is because I see him caring about my bike as he repairs it. He wants me to be safe and he takes great pride in his work. I have brought my bike there a few times for repair and each time he has gone the extra mile to make sure my ride would be smooth. This is the beauty of a small business, the people actually care about you and are devoted to the work they do. Sometimes I ride by just to smile and wave at them, it makes me feel secure to be around their grounded energy, like...okay, phew, I can now breathe a sigh of relief, I am safe and everything is alright in the world because there are Pedrito and his wife, thriving and taking care of bicycles so we can all ride safely along with his blessing. 💚🚲💚”

“Rented a carbon road bike for the week from here and I couldn’t be happier. I looked online before getting in thinking I’d need to get an aluminum road bike listed as available given I need something small to fit my 5’4 size. Went to the store and walked out with a lovely cannondale synapse not listed online sized to perfection. It came with a bike lock, helmets and lights too. Prices were affordable too for the week which was perfect because I didn’t want to be paying 200 per day for a whole week. Made it so that I picked up the evening before my first morning ride and I was not pressured to ride every day and return it. They had a nice selection of other biking gear needs too which I appreciated. Mostly though, love how nice the team was which really made the process so seamless and pleasant. Thanks again and I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale!”

“Stradalli is hands down the fastest bike I’ve ever owned. Super solid build (for carbon) and the design really stands out on the road. Since the move to Central Indiana in 2025, the new owners have been great—super quick to help me out when I needed a spare part. Also, their eBay store has some sweet deals if you’re hunting for upgrades. Stradalli is a true carbon fiber machine that wins races!”
