The team knew their inventory cold and helped me dial in square footage, trim pieces, transitions, and grout so I ordered exactly what I needed (no guesswork, no waste).
Quality? Off the charts. Every box arrived pristine, color-matched, and batch-consistent; the slabs are dead flat and the edges crisp. Lead times were honest, pricing transparent, and special orders came in exactly when promised. They even followed up after delivery to make sure the material met spec and that my installer had what they needed.
My bathroom looks designer-grade largely because of the materials DAX provided. If you want high-end product, expert guidance, and white-glove customer care—start with DAX. 11/10 recommend.”
“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”
“Best way to make an old ceiling look good. We remodeled an old bathroom two years ago and this added the perfect touch to our home. The tiles have stayed up and not peeled in all that time even with kids and half hour long showers”

“We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”
