We had a huge issue with a bathroom that other contractors had left in a really bad state. We did a full renovation with DL. They were super responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Hands down the best contractors if you want to do a bathroom renovation. They will guide you and be honest.

The process through Home Depot was a little wonky but I wanted to commend Delorie for their customer service and installation. We were in contact with Delorie directly after waiting close to two months for a status update from The Home Depot (who gave us the run around). They quickly remedied the situation and sent Franklin for install. Franklin was so helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during install and before leaving.
