“Had to have a “map” printed on larger than 8x10. Wasn’t sure if the size I wanted. The sales associate was super and knowledgeable. Worked over 1/2 hr to get my map printed (8) copies then printed out my packet. I originally had gone to Staples to have this printed and was told I had to upload to their website and then it would take at least 24hrs. Obviously, UPS, has my printing business when needed for future projects. Thank you UPS for your service. Elizabeth”

“How refreshing it is to go to a business and find that they really know what they are doing. In my case Laurie immediately solved a label problem I was having with a UPS package return. Bonus, I had another package to ship and was impressed with how knowledgeable she was on rates. She shopped various carrier and category rates and actually saved me $10.00 shipping on just one package by asking me just a few questions. Most times employees will just weigh or measure the package and apply the general higher rate. These two acts of personal and professional attention to the details makes all the difference in the world. Business World at 1323 SE 17th St. just earned my "preferred go to shipping experts" title. The business owner is very fortunate to have such a great employee. Thanks again Laurie!”
