“Location is extremely convenient. This is near where I work and given that I'm usually at the office, it has happened once in awhile that I've had to reroute a package there. That and because my job sometimes uses UPS, I've had to drop off packages there as well. Oh, and then there's the one time I went to pick up mail from a P.O. box a girlfriend of mine closed out given her moving. All these experiences have always been short and sweet. Employees genuinely are helpful and friendly.”

“How refreshing it is to go to a business and find that they really know what they are doing. In my case Laurie immediately solved a label problem I was having with a UPS package return. Bonus, I had another package to ship and was impressed with how knowledgeable she was on rates. She shopped various carrier and category rates and actually saved me $10.00 shipping on just one package by asking me just a few questions. Most times employees will just weigh or measure the package and apply the general higher rate. These two acts of personal and professional attention to the details makes all the difference in the world. Business World at 1323 SE 17th St. just earned my "preferred go to shipping experts" title.
