What a delightful experience I had as Ms Octavia helped me with signing in and she was so polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Ms. Octavia drew my blood samples and was precise and accurate with the withdrawals. I have been to this Labcorp location before but with Ms. Octavia working on staff things were done timely and efficiently. “I dreaded getting my labs, and delayed scheduling for months because I remember how hard it was last time, i.e., scheduling, wait, crowded waiting room, confusion, etc. But I was able to quickly schedule online, get right in and out for appointment, and my tech, Niecey (sp?) really was such a delight to interact with that I really hope I get to visit with her when I go back. She is an outstanding employee, I really hope Quest recognizes that!”
