“I used the online appointment option, and it wasn’t too bad—only about a 15-20 minute wait. The phlebotomist who took care of me was excellent! Not only did she help me clear up a billing issue, but she also made a few changes to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. She was incredibly knowledgeable about billing and other needs, beyond just drawing blood. She was kind, efficient, and quick. I wish I could remember her name so I could request her in the future. For reference, she was in the first door on the left, and I was there on 1/9 at 11 AM. Highly recommend her not Quest!”
