I needed advice as to which shocks I should get for our 31.5 ft E 450 class c motor home. I emailed tech support with my concerns and had a response within an hour on a Saturday, I orderedBilstein front and rear HD shocks,Bilstein steering stabilizer and Sumo springs for the front per the techs recommendation. I am shocked (no pun intended) at the difference in the ride and handling compared to the factory ford components, and the rv is up nearly an inch in the front, I have airbags on the rear so it is very level now. Also the shipping was well documented and arrived on time and complete with updates on status sent to my email,overall perfect transaction.

its a shady outfit. Take look at the reviews and their return policy for bad parts, not i ordered wrong but defective, its a scam company. I bought 4 bilstein 4600, ford dealer said one is leaking after just 5,000 miles and needs replacing, shockwarehouse....crickets, blowing me off, ignoring, call you back...its just shady.

I received the wrong shocks, I was billed for the correct shocks once I called and was told I would get a credit with a fed ex label emailed to me for the wrong shocks once they received the wrong ones back. Three phone calls, three times we will give you credit, 4 months later I am still fighting these scumbags for credit. Never do business with these kind of people.

I'm trying to return front shocks for a '13 F150 as recommended by their website. The F150 front takes struts, not shocks. I called trying to return them and was told to use the web form on their site. I've done that twice and called several times. No response at all so resorting to public shaming. I just want to return the shocks and get my money back from them.

I ordered and received shocks, new in the box. The problems started when I needed one replaced as it was bad/ new in the box. I spoke with Carlos, he seemed quite helpful, asked for a photo. He stated the manufacturer may require it be returned. After several days without a reply to my email and photo, I emailed asking for a update. I got nothing. I called and couldnt get an answer. I found a non 1-800 number and called. Left a message asking for a returned call. Many days later here we are. NO one answers the phone. The manufacturer refuses to warranty a item directly to the retail purchaser, even with a receipt. perhaps avoid rancho shocks as well. thats a 25% failure rate with new items with me. can I leave less than one star??? I ordered a complete strut assembly 10/29 for a 2011 Honda Insight. Website indicated that part was in stock. After waiting a week I sent emails and tried to call to find out when part would arrive, no response of any kind. I could not wait any longer so I bought parts from another vendor and sent emails trying to cancel the order to Shockwarehouse, no response. Finally part shows up 12/22, clearly I had no need of it almost 2 months after placing order. Return policy sucks and will cost considerable $$$. Now I am waiting to hear if they will authorize the return at all, not holding my breath.

Once again I want to share my amazing experience with shockwarehouse as stated earlier when I received from Carlos I was very reluctant when he suggested that I call that 1 800 number and from experience you would no living in the Carribean you have to pay for that over seas call however I was determined to make that call and from early as 9.55am I have making calls to that number with out any success it was not till when I got toMy home and place that call at 10.30am And spoke to Anna my mood change I felt like shockwarehouse was located in heaven and I was being attended to by one of Shock Angels shock angel Anna you did a remarkable a fabulous job Anna promised me that I would be getting my tracking number it’s now 10.30pm and I just got an email from Shockwarehouse with my tracking number and evidence that my shocks have been shipped what more can I ask for I want to say openly and publicly thanks to all the hard working staff of shock warehouse thank you very much I will now be spreading the Shocking Truth about the splendid and shocking speedy and shockingperience from the leaders in shocks absorbers business you guys can take it from my I am one Carribean satisfied customer

I very unhappy with shock warehouse because first it months for me to receive shocks and then I received a damage shock and have been text, e-mailing them for a Return order number and I'm getting nowhere, they ask me for the information on and to send it to the supervisor Carlos who also does return E-mails. This has been happening for a month now. Very poor business practices.

In July, they had 4 struts "in stock". In August, Sept. and Oct i was told they had 3 of 4 and were waiting for one. I asked them to ship me what they had and they agreed. Never received any. Now, they said that the missing one came in but they did not fill my 4 month old order and now 2 are out of stock. Communication has been horrible, service is not followed up on. Definitely choose another distributor for shocks and struts.

First time I called the receptionist had me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. When I called back Carlos Escalante answered the phone and was extremely helpful. So for that, I give 5 stars.
