I went to this post office today @ 9:30 & they were closed. The office hours state 8:30. Someone told me that they are permanently closed. Is this true?

This location is very busy. Only one customer service worker.

Right now 11 people in line, one employee behind the counter. It's 3:47 pm, so i imagine lunch breaks are done. Incredible.
