Jay was awesome throughout the entire process\. He kept me updated, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right\. He also dealt with all the back\-and\-forth with Liberty Mutual, which was not an easy task, and really advocated for getting the repair handled properly instead of cutting corners\.
What really stood out was the attention to detail\. They even went the extra mile and added sound deadening to my front wheel wells while everything was apart, which I really appreciated\.
It’s hard to find a shop that combines quality work with people who actually care about the end result\. My car came back looking fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the work\. “Battery clicked, didn't start. Called Headquarter Honda and they said it's covered under warranty, bring it in and no appointment needed. Car started, I drove in, no appt., they checked and replaced battery and washed car. Quick, efficient, well done. I couldn't get it there during work week since service closes at 6pm but got it there Saturday. If needed, warranty would have covered towing it.”

“I had problems finding any used F150 6 lug wheels for a 20” tire to replace my 18”spare which is like a donut for my F150.
Anyways Nas not only had the same wheel as my truck but he offered a very fair price.
They also quickly dropped my 18” spare and replaced my tire on the spare tire chain and cranked it up.
Incredibly fair pricing and fast work for a very small job. I’m lucky I found them. Good people, positive vibes, a sign of a good owner ( Nas) as well.”

“My mom took her 2006 Chevy Silverado in to have the exhaust looked at, because it had gotten really loud, turns out it was rusted through. Jason was able to put a new exhaust on her truck and had it done within a few hours ANNNNDDD didn't break the bank!
The truck is so much quieter now and the weld job looks good.

Diagnostic tool way more than I’d like to but dealership and staff, specially Lewis set expectations accordingly and upfront, and gave me the choose to find other dealership. So it was transparent situation I accepted. Once vehicle was started, service was fast and reliable. “I drove by Gerber after work and the shop was closed, but the manager Ryan happened to be standing outside.
I had an issue with the car bumper popping out of place on my Toyota and asked him if he could take a look at it.
He gave me his assessment and asked if I could come by when the shop was open to better assess the situation.
So I came by another day during business hours.
He remembered our conversation, had my car inspected and took care of my issue.
They were fast, professional, and courteous.
Ryan was sincere about repairing my vehicle and it was more about taking care of the customer, instead of taking care of the wallet.
If anyone needs auto body service I will definitely refer them to Gerber Auto Collision.”
