“Accidentally tore off my front bumper and bent the plate. Devastated because I LOVE my Tesla! ...they're beautiful cars but the company is a pain to deal with. We couldn't get an appointment to have our car looked at at our local Tesla place until Dec 18th! Meanwhile, I NEED this car TODAY to pickup my kid and run errands and help family etc. I can't wait until Dec 18th JUST to be told to leave it with them while they order parts! I'd be out of my only car for months!Called Main Street Collision on a mechanic friends recommendation and spoke to Jay. I explained what happened, sent him the picture of my defaced Tesla and he gave me a rough run down of what he could see and parts he thought we might need. I asked him if there was ANY possible way I could still drive it until the parts came in because there is NOTHING ELSE wrong with it! The front bumper has just come off! He said to bring it in and they'd have a look at it.I brought it in, they looked at it, and he said they'd do what they could but he thought they'd be able to at least TRY to put the face back on. These guys are a popular shop. They had my bumper put on and in place in less than 1.5hours! And I only just essentially dropped in, AND they're busy cause they're popular.Jay was an absolute LEGEND. Very easy going. Super easy to talk to, wasn't judgemental about my stupidity ??♀️ he was extremely understanding and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting (he told me I didn't have to wait there and could go home, but it's my ONLY car, so I waited). He drove my car out and I nearly cried. I THOUGHT I was going to have to wait months before being able to drive my car, and get stuck waiting for Tesla and their rotten customer service etc. But no. Jay made it possible for me to drive away and be able to go pick my kid up. I can now wait for parts while still being able to drive my car!Look, if you want a friendly place, where they do great work, are super understanding, actually CARE and TRY HARD and not just blow you off and try to stiff you for money, GO HERE. They're amazing. Really.I cannot thank them enough. They saved me. So much time would have been wasted. I will ALWAYS come back to these guys first.”

“Glenn (owner/operator) is a man whom I feel that I can trust. Moving to Florida from Maryland I really didn't know anyone. As a single female, i have had many meccanismi try to take advantage of that. They're suprised when they found I researched info on the situation with a trusted mechanics(my son) and was able to ask knowledgable questions and eliminate unneccessary services. Well soon after moving here, I had a battery problem and pulled in on my way home. Glenn was fair in price and fast with service. He is friendly and professional. I have used Advanced Automotive ever since for routine maintenance and service. Today I had to get a new set of tires. He had warned me it was coming. He gave me a breakdown of the cost which included all the extra s such as balancing, disposal and alignment that are needed which was better than every place I checked online. He ordered them and on Saturday when they are put on i will feel much safer on the road.”

“Talking about looking for a Needle in a Hay Stack... I'm Glad to say, that I found the needle. I have a Diesel Engine in my vehicle, and I rely on that vehicle for my business, and let me tell you... Mechanics are hard to come by when it come to Diesel. There is a saying, don't Judge the Book by its Cover, well this is a Good Book. I went to the Shop and spoke with Chris about my situation, he said he will check the vehicle out. I dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday, he did say he was a little behind with vehicles, and said that is understandable... I dropped off the vehicle and on the following Tuesday I got the call saying he found the problem, Went and got it picked up Wednesday. Vehicle is running great. “I had my Mercedes AMG GTS bodykit install by Wolves Den Custom in Orlando. Bodyguards misaligned and carbon fiber attached w rubber glue (fell off on the freeway). They damaged my front grill and made excuses (see photo).I hated my AMG until Exotic Auto Repair fixed all the damage (see photo). Highly Recommend.”

“They did excellent work on my 2021 Mustang. I purchased a cat back exhaust from MBRP, and they installed the system for me. The gentleman who did it did some welding to make it snug as some of these systems sometimes droop over time, so I'm very happy he did that. They answered the phone quickly and were clear on price, when I could drop it off and how long it would take. They clearly know what they're doing both work wise and buisness wise. And my Mustang sounds awesome.”

“Visited February 8, 2024 as I believed the valve stem on my tire was leaking air. The gentleman at the counter, Mike, greeted me as I walked in and followed me back to the car to take a look. He rolled the tire up to the garage to inspect what the problem was, and sure enough, after filling it up with some air, we found that the valve stem had been practically severed from the tire. Mike informed me he would get it squared away, he just needed maybe 15 mins. After waiting a short time in the lobby, he came back with the tire having fixed the issue and told me I was good to go!!! Even if it was an easy fix, they did more for me than the “shop” next door did. I can’t thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out! I’ll be back, though hopefully not too soon ? thanks again for the help!”
