From start to finish it was an absolutely five-star experience. The communication, people and service could not have been better or gone smoother. The work took two full days but was obviously done with care and attention to detail. Several times I was brought in to check on details or decision between options, and all along the way my home (floors, counters, outside patio where the tile cutting was done, etc.) was protected and respected. I had already ordered my tile online, but YHR has a good selection in its design center (near the Citrus Tower). Thank you, Roberto, Mario, Jessica and everyone who helped bring my vision together so perfectly. It looks amazing.”

Today a very helpful woman named Carie Assisted me in tracking down an online order where the wrong product have been delivered to my warehouse on the other side of town. She called the store that was to deliver the doors, they tracked down the shipment and found them still in the warehouse. Crisis averted, and now we can make our customer happy thank you for great customer service.”

“Went in knew exactly what I was looking for just didn't know where it was. Muriel was very helpful he saw me looking at the signs and ask if he could help me I told him I was looking for screws he took me right to the direction . I saw what I wanted online just had to go in and grab while grabbing he asked if I needed any help with any advice. I told him what I was looking to do and he mentioned I grabbed the correct ones. He was very helpful. The store was clean and not busy as it was early in the morning. They even have Halloween decor out which i absolutely love.”

They made sure that there was someone at the key station to help and the guy at the station (sorry I didn’t get his name) made sure the key was copied correctly.
