“I placed an order via online, I purchased a grill and within 10 minutes Jose R. from the service desk called me to confirm my order, and I asked if my order came with the grill cover, and he stated that the grill I ordered the cover was out of stock for that specific grill, but he offered me another cover that would fit perfectly, and the original price was $30 he gave me a 15% discount for my inconvenience, and only paid $15 but it's not about the amount, it's the quality of service he provided it was outstanding! Unfortunately in this day and age, not many people provide it. Shout out to Jose R. in service desk! You were great and very polite and thank you again!!!”

“I purchased a refrigerator on 8/2/26. I gave the assistant the Model # of what I wanted and she assured me that the refrigerator was stainless steel and the sides were black. I paid for early delivery for 8/4/26. Delivery day they had a fridge with a missing piece and the sides were gray. I refused delivery. I called Lowe’s 5 times and was hung up on each time. I went to Lowe’s and demanded a refund and to close out the credit card. Everywhere I go in Orlando it is horrible business and customer service practices.”

“Excellent Customer Services! AARON went above and beyond helping me order the ice maker for my new refrigerator and patiently answered all of my questions. MR. MICHAEL was also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk with me isle to isle to find the right valve to prevent leaks while I wait for ice maker to be delivered and installed. He even explained how it would make the future installing easier.
