“George definitely looked out for us. We came from Brevard County to grab base cabinets for our kitchen remodel and ended up leaving with a few more great finds because the deals were too good to pass up. He was patient, answered all our questions, and made sure we got what we needed without trying to oversell us. If you’re remodeling your home, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Great prices, quality products, and solid customer service. We’ll definitely be back.”

“My boyfriend and I stopped in just to peek around and honestly Larry was so welcoming such a sweet man and very knowledgeable to everything he has in his store. So sad to hear from him he will be retiring. I’d suggest everyone to stop in everything is mostly 50% off and has pretty much anything you need to repair your home.”

“I placed an order via online, I purchased a grill and within 10 minutes Jose R. from the service desk called me to confirm my order, and I asked if my order came with the grill cover, and he stated that the grill I ordered the cover was out of stock for that specific grill, but he offered me another cover that would fit perfectly, and the original price was $30 he gave me a 15% discount for my inconvenience, and only paid $15 but it's not about the amount, it's the quality of service he provided it was outstanding! Unfortunately in this day and age, not many people provide it. Shout out to Jose R. in service desk! You were great and very polite and thank you again!!!”

“My experience with this Ocoee Lowe's location and the associate Rennia was outstanding. Rennia was polite and very knowledgeable on the appliances. I was looking for a washer and Rennia was very helpful with me, picking one out, as well as assisting me with opening a Lowe's credit card account. Thank you Rennia for your wonderful customer service support and thank you Lowe's for your wonderful products.”

“I purchased a refrigerator on 8/2/26. I gave the assistant the Model # of what I wanted and she assured me that the refrigerator was stainless steel and the sides were black. I paid for early delivery for 8/4/26. Delivery day they had a fridge with a missing piece and the sides were gray. I refused delivery. I called Lowe’s 5 times and was hung up on each time. I went to Lowe’s and demanded a refund and to close out the credit card. Everywhere I go in Orlando it is horrible business and customer service practices.”

“I have been doing several repairs and updates around my home, and I wanted to recognize Jose Ortiz ( yes, I asked him about his last name ) for his outstanding customer service. Jose is honest, professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Even though he works in the Paint Department behind the counter, he always goes above and beyond to make sure customers get the help they need. Employees like Jose are the reason customers keep coming back to Home Depot, regardless of the competition. His dedication, knowledge, and willingness to help truly make a difference. Keep up the excellent work, Jose!”

“Great shopping experience. Needed a new part for my toilet and Vinny was fantastic and patient how getting me the right one and showing me how to install it. This is a late post. But better late than never. Even though the Semron store is closer to me I’ll be back because of him.”

“Excellent Customer Services! AARON went above and beyond helping me order the ice maker for my new refrigerator and patiently answered all of my questions. MR. MICHAEL was also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk with me isle to isle to find the right valve to prevent leaks while I wait for ice maker to be delivered and installed. He even explained how it would make the future installing easier. * Both AARON & MICHAEL went out their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for customer satisfaction made this a great experience. Lowe's is fortunate to have employees like them!”
