“Longgggg story short we placed an order online for same day delivery but delivery didn't workout so we made contact with the store (Oakland, FL) phone lines were down so everything was done by email. Dom was so very helpful and VERY QUICK with response. He helped us arrange for in store pickup and when we got there everything we needed was waiting at the front for us. Worth mentioning the young lady that helped us from the main toll free number was also extremely helpful but unfortunately I didn't receive the email survey for her.

Kudos Tractor Supply for hiring great, friendly, and helpful staff.

They have a great system of clearing out the rooms disinfecting them so that the puppies don’t get sick. I highly recommend this location.”

“Took my lab to get groomed which she absolutely hates and is terrified, however Karen and her groomers had patience and were extremely understanding, they all were phenomenal! Samantha was wonderful so gentle, friendly. Lance my pup instantly feel in love ❤️. He is a hard sell on people lol.We definitely will be back, booked our next appointment before we left. So happy we found the perfect place for lance and myself. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

“I really loved my experience there. The staff are super educated and polite. My puppy looked very happy and he was beautiful. Just only thing when I saw him he had his pawns dirty by pee, probably the groomer didn’t see it but as soon as I saw I told them. She took him back but was still smelling like pee on his paws. But it was not a big deal since they treated my dog super fine and they were so nice. But it would be better if just pay a little more attention. But overall it was great :)”

“Kim and Co are absolutely amazing. I'm a new dog owner and really don't know anything about proper nutrition for puppies. I visited Gracies for the first time this week and they took the time to explain everything and make plenty of recommendations for my stubborn, picky, pooch. Also told us what food can make our certain breeds stomach sick. They truly care about my pets health and I know I'm getting exactly what my puppy needs. Thank you Gracies! “Woofgang is a great place to take your dog if they need a good grooming. The people here treat it like a small-town service, recognizing your animal even if it's a different person taking them in, and having a rapport with animals that seemed to soothe even the most terrified of pets. They take good care of your pets, specifically they did good job cleaning and trimming my family's dog. From a crusty looking old man came this trim little guy, and he looks his age again thanks to Woofgang. Prices aren't dirt cheap, but the care and skill you get is well worth the price.”

“I took my cat in yesterday for a nail trim and they didn’t hesitate. The ladies up at the front were very sweet and treated my girl so sweetly. She didn’t want to leave the nice lady’s arms when it came time to be put in her carrier. And the nail trim was perfect. I will be bringing her back for future nail trims.”

“From what it was this store has came a long way. This store truly does offer a lot of supplies for all animals. They even have isopods incase you are creating a bio active terrarium. To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.”

“Went in yesterday to get a new bearded dragon, since ours went to heaven last week. We were helped by Kelsey, one of the managers, and she was so sweet and helpful with the whole process. Pet Supermarket has a good selection, good pricing, knowledgeable staff, and good return policies in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that could occur with your newly purchased pet. They also have a self serve dog washing station which is very convenient! Highly recommend shopping here for pet needs.”

I Had 2 White ???? & Now Edwin ?Is By Her Self ????????
So when Randy Jr gets big she will be a white duck. They are called Peking Duck. The ones that we eat they're very good and delicious. But I would never eat my kids. They're like my kids. I love my ducks. Unfortunately, we don't know what happened to Edwin ? It could be someone took her and stole my white duck or she could have got killed. We don't know my two white dog. Edwin and Randy would never be apart. They always come home together no matter what they go on the other side of the lake at the condo. I pray that she will come back home. It's been over a week but it looks like Randy senior is not coming home. That's why we got the baby one baby duck. Originally they sell it by two ducks one duck. If you sell one duck they seem to supposedly will die cuz they were raised together. Thank you. That's why they only sell them as a pair. Not just one but because our friend bought three ducks they kept two. We got one. That's how we wind up one duck originally. They will not sell it separately. I'm glad they sold it separately. These are my second Ducks. They're real easy to take care of. There's nothing to do other than feed them and water. That's it. They're fun to have around the house and in your neighbor. Everybody loves our duck when they were little Edwin and Randy. They would follow me everywhere I Go and now baby Randy Jr follows me everywhere. I go spoiled rotten. All my Ducks were Ron's spoiled. They're beautiful, gorgeous, Precious white duck. They turn into a white duck once they're full grown. I said maybe 6 to 8 weeks. They'll be white ducks”

Teddy did an amazing job with both of them—she listened carefully to what I wanted and followed my instructions perfectly. She was patient, gentle, and so sweet with my energetic girls. “This is such a beautiful pet store with a great variety of products! While some items are a bit on the pricier side, the convenience of being able to get everything the same day definitely makes up for it. They also offer a rewards program where you can earn points and turn them into savings, which is a nice bonus once you log in and redeem them.

One of the highlights for me is the reptile section—the associate there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to answer my questions, which I really appreciate because caring for reptiles can be tricky. It’s so helpful to have someone experienced to guide you.

I also love shopping here for my kitten’s toys—they always have fun options! My only wish is that they carried a larger selection of reptile accessories, enclosures, and lighting. I would absolutely purchase even more from them if they expanded that section.
