“The Team here is always efficient, friendly and helpful. I guess that’s everything you need from a post office. What happens after that isn’t their fault. Important to remember that. ?”
“Love my Post Office Box - easy in and out, and no one steals my mail, like with a street-sids box. Also, the staff at this location are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They do a great job. Highly recommended.”
“I had the pleasure of being helped by Phillip at the Gotha location today. There was a woman in front of me with many envelopes that needed to be stamped and he was very patient with her. He had a great personality and you could tell that he genuinely loved helping others. Give Phillip a raise! He was awesome!”

“This is my go to Post Office. Workers are few but the customer service is excellent. It can get a little crowded sometimes but it's to be expected with such a small building. I am usually in and out within a matter of minutes.”
“Always, always so professional and thorough and explaining various options available! I drive a distance out of my way to use this post office because of the great staff, the retail items for sale and the excellent services provided!”
“Yoly was awesome. She was helping a customer with a complicated issue, and she was very thorough and patient the entire time. She stayed focused despite a line growing outside the door, staying dedicated to her customer without rushing her along. During my transaction she was very kind and helped me with exactly what I needed. She made sure to ask if I had anything additional I needed during my visit, stamps or money orders. Though I declined today I appreciated it. Every time I’ve visited the Minneola location she’s been a great help. Thank you!!”
“No one is there at 8 am - I managed to get my package mailed but it wasn’t easy. It would be nice if someone was there to help you. Several other people came in to mail packages too. Needs more customer agents.”
“I’ve learned in my 15+ years in Marketing that in most cases the way we approach a person will dictate how they respond. I had the pleasure of speaking to a very nice lady named Rhonda who was very apologetic about my package being missed on a pickup. She got it taken care of immediately and arranged for the pickup before the day closed. See I remember always that I’m a customer when I’m not in my work attire. I have to treat my customers how I want to be treated. (The Golden Rule) It’s easy for us as customers to forget that and we can’t even imagine how rude we can be and how the interaction before you stepped in the building could have made the representative upset. We don’t know what it takes for people to show up to work everyday. Life is not a joke and many people live on the edge of existence. I challenge everyone to self examine and ask what can I do to make our local post Office a better place. I dare you to shower them with love and appreciation. It’s important that the US Post offices keep thriving because they are an important element in the economy.”
“Even though there were only 2 soldiers behind the counter, with a line in front of me, 7 deep, and all different kinds of issues, I had bought my book of stamps within 16 minutes of opening the door. Wow! Thank you both for being large, and in charge, loving what you do!”
“Love my local post office! They are still one of the best things the federal government ever implemented and still the most reliable mail carrier. Lines have always moved quickly here and the staff is super friendly!”
“Jan helped me this morning with an unusual problem. She is professional, friendly, and good at her job. I'm really glad she's working at the post office. It's nice to have a friendly, helpful person like her there.”
