449 W Silver Star Rd, Ocoee FL 34761
“Dint know how they have a low rating, by far the best experience I’ve had here. If you’re like me and I think I speak for most of us, coming here isn’t the best time. They took care of me and actually helped me more than any other location has.”

425 Ocoee Apopka Rd, Ocoee FL 34761
“I’ve learned in my 15+ years in Marketing that in most cases the way we approach a person will dictate how they respond. I had the pleasure of speaking to a very nice lady named Rhonda who was very apologetic about my package being missed on a pickup. She got it taken care of immediately and arranged for the pickup before the day closed. See I remember always that I’m a customer when I’m not in my work attire. I have to treat my customers how I want to be treated. (The Golden Rule) It’s easy for us as customers to forget that and we can’t even imagine how rude we can be and how the interaction before you stepped in the building could have made the representative upset. We don’t know what it takes for people to show up to work everyday. Life is not a joke and many people live on the edge of existence. I challenge everyone to self examine and ask what can I do to make our local post Office a better place. I dare you to shower them with love and appreciation. It’s important that the US Post offices keep thriving because they are an important element in the economy.”

“Had a decent experience here. There was a long line almost out the door and thankfully it moved pretty quickly, but there was only two workers so I don’t understand why don’t just hire more people.”

“Phillip who works here at the Gotha post office is very friendly, helpful and professional even during busy holidays. He has even helped me carry packages to my car after I had hand surgery and always has a smile for all the customers. The other employees are fine too but he is exemplary. Thanks for the great service you’ve always given me Phil.”

5419 International Dr, Orlando FL 32819
“Jacqueline provided excellent, efficient service at USPS. When I came in with a small mailing box for my tablet, she quickly explained that because it contains a lithium-ion battery, it could not be sent using Priority Mail. She took the time to organize the shipment properly and helped make sure it went out via USPS Ground Advantage instead. Thank you, Jacqueline, for being knowledgeable, helpful, and making the process easy. I really appreciate your great customer service!”

321 Montgomery Rd, Altamonte Springs FL 32714
“I had an excellent experience conversing with a highly professional customer service representative at the call center yesterday, who assured me that my package would not be returned after being marked as undeliverable. Today, I had the opportunity to meet Glen in person after he contacted me to let me know that my package would be held at the post office for pickup. Fanshura was exceptionally helpful in placing a hold on my mail until the keys for my mailbox arrive, and John was very amiable towards the customers.”

“This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida. The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars”

920 Wekiva Springs Rd, Longwood FL 32779
“I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!”

“I have frequent this location for the past 10 years that I have been in this community. As I have stood in line and even while I was at the clerk's window, I have never been mistreated or disrespected by any of the employees there. I would like to thank them for continuing to give the excellent service that I have seen them give through the years!!!”

“All of the staff members were very professional and courteous. This was my first visit to this location, and I was very pleased with the service. Special recognition to Clerk #08 (1 July 2026 at approximately 12:40). I unfortunately did not catch her name, but I believe it may have been “A. Myrose.” Thank you for the excellent customer service.”
