I’ve always had good experiences at this place even when I’ve had to lose a love pet. They were empathetic and kind. Right now, my dog goes there, but they tried to help me with my parrot when she got really sick. There was not much they could do.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Banfield since my pup was 15 weeks old (now 4 years old). Staff is great and wellness plan great as well.

The nurses there were very outstanding and very informative and answered all of my questions.
