Chase Bank is a very busy branch, but it is generally a pleasure to visit. Staff are described as incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. A greeter checks in clients for services, helping to manage the flow. While walk-ins are welcome and service often goes smoothly, there can be waits for specific transactions like notary services, wires, or cashier's checks. Some reviewers note staffing issues for non-cash services, suggesting a need for more than one person for those tasks. Despite the busy nature, tellers are noted for providing personalized service, greeting customers by name and thanking them for waiting. The overall sentiment is highly positive, with strong recommendations for this location.
I don't have to go in often but they've always been good. The real reason for the review is the young man that greets you/checks you in. He is always incredibly helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Sorry I didn't catch your name but you are crushing it!

Agree with staffing issues for other than cash transactions. Need more than one person available for notary or wire transactions.

Five Stars all the way. I went into this location, no appointment and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend stopping here for your banking. They do take appointments. But, walk ins are welcome. There is a bank employee that checks you in so, make sure you do check in for client services.
