I overheard the lady from Kendra Scott speaking to a lady " Don't pick them up I had to call security before and I won't want to do that to you" The lady wasn't even touching them at the time, are you kidding me, you know is just Kendra Scott plastic fake jewelry, please. Later, I saw her talking to another lady and had completely transformed into a nice person. Profiling at its best

I am writing to express my concern regarding the customer service experience I encountered with your management team. During my recent visit, I was accused twice of switching tags on two items because the image displayed in your computer system differed from the product I was returning. These accusations were not only unfounded but also quite distressing.
After we explained multiple times that we would never do anything like that, after 10 mins of back and forth, the manager finally decided to retrieve another item from the shelves which demonstrate that the product and its tag were indeed accurate and matched what was being returned . This situation could have been handled with greater professionalism and respect, avoiding unnecessary inconvenience.
I believe that a more considerate approach and a thorough verification process could have prevented this misunderstanding. I trust that you will look into this matter to enhance the customer experience and ensure that such incidents do not recur.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

If you’re a person of color beware I just left this store about 10 mins ago I’ve never been to a store and I was made to feel as uncomfortable as I did tonight I was looking for something to wear to my grandmother’s funeral & while my two daughters & I were browsing clothing a short lady with short red hair not sure if she was white or Hispanic was staring rudely & rolling her eyes at me & my children it made us so uncomfortable I just left couldn’t even finish trying to find something there was one lady that had blonde hair & glasses & she was nice & offered help if we needed it but I was already on my way out thanks to the lady who was racially profiling my children & myself. It’s 2024 do better.

My wife went to the store to purchase shoes for me. 2 pairs, one black one brown. I am FaceTiming her while she is looking at the shoes since I am at work. A lady came by and was trying to redirect her to other brand shoes which isn’t a big problem. She told my wife the price of a brown pair of Cole haans were $125 yet the price on the receipt was $200. She never showed my wife the shoes either at the register and when my wife checked them in the car they were a whole different pair. The black pairs were also Cole haans and she told my wife the price were $120 and they ended up on the receipt being $160. My wife called when she was in the car and told me she felt like she was taken advantage of so I told her I would go back when I can to turn them in and get a refund but she decided to do it herself and ask why a simple transaction could be messed up. The lady wasn’t going to help her get the refund so an older gentleman processed the transaction for my wife. I was not going to write a bad review until my wife’s interaction with this gentleman. He processed the refund and told my wife that next time your husband should get the damn shoes himself. Completely ignoring the fact that the mistake was on their end not ours. They did not take responsibility for their own actions and blamed us for their actions. I purchase many shoes from this store many times and will not be returning. And if anyone asks if they should go to this Dillard I will highly recommend them to buy somewhere else. Extremely disgusted with the way my wife was treated. And even more disgusted by the unprofessional way the gentleman spoke to my wife.

I bought 4 dress shirts and 4 dress pants and it cost me $590. The shirts and slacks are beautiful but the price is just way too high.

Didn't have the shoe I looked at in wide, said they no longer carry extra wide shoes! I may have to say goodbye then. Shoe Carnival had it though!!!!
