I'm glad I did. Fast, easy, convient, a nice new clean car, and not having to pay extra for mileage...very affordable.
It was a No Brainer.

I Do not recommend this company at all. I had multiple bad experiences with them. 1st one is they called me on the same day as pick up 30 minutes before pick up to inform me that they did not have my vehicle. Pick up day was on a Tuesday..
I had major other issues but I'm just tired. I drove my own vehicle.

What is the point of making a reservation and then NOT have a car to rent. Had to cancel my entire trip for work. I had even verified that morning that everything was confirmed!

Went this morning to rent a car with my chase credit card and they requesting 300 cash deposit

Why they are scamming like this if the Credit Card also has a vehicle coverage?
I walk out from there , found another rental car place and no issues at all.
I do not recommend this place, Be aware about this.

NO PICK UP X2 = UBER TWICE = $80.00 +
NO REIMBERSEMENT FROM ENTERPISE.
Coulnt get car out of park without a struggle, notified counter clerk to NO responce.

The staff completely overlooked me. Acknowledged everyone else who walked in after me. I’m literally standing right in front of the desk and they seemed to get an attitude when k said something. It’s ridiculous that as a black women, Caucasian men can treat me so unfair in front of other customers.
