Super smooth process from start to finish. I needed a rental while my car was in the body shop after an accident, and Enterprise worked directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to stress about a thing. All I paid out-of-pocket was gas and a security deposit. Plus, the car was super clean when I picked it up....

Elijah was amazing and so helpful! They initially said they would have an SUV ready for us at 3:30, which was not the case, but he worked hard to ensure we could leave with a SUV within minutes! Thank you, Elijah!
