This hotel definitely gets above 5 stars for great customer service, cozy rooms, huge breakfast selections. All of the staff like Necey, Renee, Emilio and Willie treat their guests like family and there is no other hotel I would ever stay at in Ocala but this one because of all of them. The hotel overall is a bit older and a better choice of pillows would be great. The staff was fantastic. It was clean.
