“Despite reading some of the negative comments on here me and my family had no issues here thanks to JULIENNA, who gave me some tips about our stay and greeted me with a smile and respect in the lobby. It says online this is a CONFERENCE type of motel so some amenities might not be provided in the rooms but they have a lovely lobby and for the most part clean rooms(mine at least). THANK YOU JULIENNA AND MOTEL 6!!!”

“Location is convenient, but rooms a bit dated and currently under construction. During stay, I had a minor room issue, I want to recognize the front desk manager Key for her exceptional customer service. She was professional, kind, and proactive in resolving the issue and followed through exactly as promised. Her responsiveness and professionalism made a frustrating situation much easier, and I really appreciated her help. She is awesome.”
“I enjoy my stay here, the beds were clean and comfortable. And the shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. The mini fridge was a mid size which was better than most motels mini cube. I am a travel nurse and stay in hotels a lot, and this place was very good for the price I paid.”

While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, the construction was handled very considerately. The work only took place during standard business hours, which meant it didn't disrupt our schedule at all. Even with an early riser in our room.”

“Wow... what a truly wonderful and cozy hotel. As someone who has experienced the luxury of staying in high-end properties in Vegas, with every conceivable amenity, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The name on the sign—**Comfort**—certainly lives up to its promise.
The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, always greeting guests with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness of Renita, Malica, Jasmine, and Marissa, the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests.
The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring a ,iron, ironing board ,refrigerator and microwave that stood 4 feet tall—perfect for reheating leftovers. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds significant convenience, something I truly appreciated and would gladly recommend to others. Las Vegas hotels clearly don't understand that's a must. Especially when eating an expensive meal and want to enjoy it again at night . ?.
The Air conditioning was ice cold and the pillows had 4 per bed were down filled cotton along with the bed spread, so comfortable.
All in all the best experience I've ever had in a boutique hotel. I highly recommend stopping by when your in Ocala.”
“Checked into this Hotel after a 5 hour drive for a medical procedure. Hotel recently was renovated, but we had an issue with the TV remote and missing mobility bathroom items; never was able to connect to the internet and staff not helpful in resolving. While the hotel comped the room, Wyndham and the hotel should also return the Rewards points used.”

“This property is one of the best full service Hilton properties in Ocala, Florida that carries a Curio Collection feel. We had the opportunity to stay overnight while on a business trip. The check-in process was seamless, the scenic views of downtown Ocala were an awesome highlight, the location of the rooftop dining was intriguing while enjoying a wonderful chef prepared dinner. The spacious rooms were “fresh” which accompanied a great bed and amenities . As a Diamond member, I enjoyed the food and beverage credit provided to use towards a cooked to order breakfast in an open floor atmosphere that started my day with wonderful rays of natural light.
The General Manager was a standout as he wore a pin on his left lapel that said “believe”. He was very professional and carried the presence of one managing a 5 star property. His hospitality was indeed consistent while seeing him present both days, engaging with guest and staff while making sure operations was maintained.
One significant observation was while having breakfast , there were over a dozen workers dressed in black uniforms coming out of a room with notebooks, smiles and having a group spirit of happiness. They appeared to be leaving a meeting or training that I assumed was inspirational before each of them were distributed into their different departments. To witness a company that cares about the morale of their employees is golden. After research, I understood why this property is superb and should be credited to the honor of owners Mr. Danny Gaekwad and wife whom passion for the people has exceeded expectations on so many levels significantly in Ocala.
I have traveled extensively around the world and have not seen such excellence, high staff standards, professionalism, class and sophistication, well maintained and secured property, exclusive amenities that were provided in what is posted as a “3 star rated property” according to Hilton ranks.
I highly recommend this 5 star hidden gem property for business, Conferences, pleasure, leisure, family trips and much more. You will not be disappointed. Book now and thank me later!”
