Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery is a well-stocked store with a beautiful selection of large hanging lights and outdoor lighting. However, the staff can be unhelpful, often preoccupied with their own devices instead of assisting customers. Despite this, the store has received praise for its professional service and ability to order hard-to-find items, such as a Fisher Paykel drawer dishwasher, a custom shower pan, and Kohler extra tall toilets. Customers have also commended the store's quick delivery, with one customer receiving all three requested fans within a week. Overall, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery is a mixed bag, offering a great selection but sometimes lacking in customer service.
Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable associates. Unbelievable variety of products in many price ranges. Definitely a one stop shop for bathrooms, kitchens, appliance, lighting, etc. No amount of photos can can show the variety and amount of products on display. A must stop location. You will NOT be disappointed!
