I'd love to give them a great review but unfortunately I went through the phone menus, then sat and sat and sat on hold to ask a product question. Called back twice. No one ever came to the phone. So I hung up and looked elsewhere. They might be the best place in the world but not answering the phone is a bad sales strategy!

After spending over $100,000 with this company they have completely ignored a safety related issue for an appliance they sold us with a propane leak and have never scheduled a service call for over 6 weeks. For safety reasons we had to call a contractor to turn off the propane service and are still awaiting a service call from Ferguson. I can not recommend these people.

We almost have to go back home, because nobody we’re able to help us! We checked the prices on our cell phones and then we went to the employees for help! It’s a shame because the store is beautiful!?

We are so fortunate to have Ferguson in Ocala! They were able to order items for me that I could not find in stock anywhere. I am now the proud owner of a Fisher Paykel DRAWER dishwasher, a special size shower pan and Kohler extra tall commodes. Great professional service at every stage of the purchase and delivery.

We needed 3 fans for our new home in On Top of the World. Lauren was our CSR.We knew what we wanted. 2 were available now, 1 would be 3 to 5 mos. To our surprise we had all 3 the following week! Thank you Lauren! We'll be back in a few weeks for lighting. We had used Ferguson in Las Vegas and it's great to know their service is here in this store as well.

The standards they keep in their equipment and warehouse are a glimpse into the quality and help you'll receive. While I was there every customer that came and went was pleased and smiling.
