“My mother was having a problem with the phone that I purchased for her. She went to this Boost store. They went above and beyond to take care of her. I think more companies should have this work ethic and professionalism. I would like to thank Dee, Torii and Kaelynn (I hope I got the names correct). Thank you so much for helping my mother. A lot of places try to take advantage of the elderly now days.

“I went to get a new phone naturally it was lousy Samsung which I hate but had to get it anyway because of Motorola didn't come with the deal that was on at that time and I'm tight on money being a disabled senior citizen homeless to boot.... I had to take what was offered and then had to turn around and go back in once the guy set it up to pay more money to get the part to plug in to the charging cord and into a 110 outlet to charge the phone and he said that they don't sell them that way anymore you have to buy them separate it's all about the money it's all about the business customer care isn't the greatest I didn't have my internet for quite a while I had to go back again and I didn't notice right off that the case that I paid for and the screen protector was not put on well and the case had already had a crack in it but that doesn't make any difference it's still protects the phone it took me forever of contacting Samsung and the Boost mobile carrier can just get my voicemail setup ????Another reason why I hate Samsung phones on a Motorola or an LG.....YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH EASE ???SORRY SAMSUNG BUT YOU'RE READY TO BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF PHONES AND COMPUTERS AND TABLETS AND ANYTHING ELSE ELECTRONIC ESPECIALLY APPLIANCES ??????”

“I really like Zito. The internet service itself is excellent, and they have been extremely responsive when I have called for service. They used to have their service calls routed to India, which was not ideal, but now they are US based and have been very helpful whenever (rarely) there has been an issue.”
“Had a line hanging in my yard, Mike came out and did the job great and very people friendly. He take alote of pride in his work. He claimed the latter fix it correct. 3 week prior to him guy came out and just rapped the line to the house and came down then going to the pole and seeing the strap was broke like Mike did. Amazing job mike and great to see people still taking proud in there work. Jose his supervisor on PTO but should reconze this great employee.”
