Went in to buy Acid for my pool. There were no customers in store at 12:21 pm on 10/7/23. I was only customer in the store. The One associate working was Tonya F, her name was on my reciept. She was nasty for no reason. I asked about my rewards and her answers to be were quick as if I was bothering her by asking. If she doesnt want to work there, or on a Sunday, that is not my problem, there was no need for her to be rude, and have an annoyed face as she rang up my One item and looked ip my rewards- I will never shop there again. She needs to be sent back yo customer service school.

I had purchased a Hayward pool cleaner from a company on line. After a couple of months it quit working and the on line company said that I had to go to Hayward for warranty. After some time Hayward referred me to Leslie’s in Ocala. They were great and went to bat for me with Hayward even though the hadn’t sold me the unit. They got Hayward to give me a complete new unit and it works great. I definitely will be switching my business to this store as they are customer oriented.

the customer service here is Horrifying !! Very rude and unprofessional. After 3 visits I finally went with Pinch a Penny. Very nice and friendly there !!!!

Me or my wife visit this store a couple times a month for help with our in-ground pool. The staff are always pleasant and helpful as we figure out what we need to do to keep the pool pristine throughout the year.

Tonya saved me from a pool disaster! If you need help, she's the person to ask: smart, efficient, no-nonsense, dedicated, cordial, a problem-solver. I had spent hours on-line trying to figure out which part had broken on my pump--she knew in 10 seconds. Two minutes later, she had a replacement part that works like a charm--$12. I'll be doing all my pool business at Leslie's on Ocala from now on! Thank you, Tonya!!

Called to ask a simple question, considering that the name of the company is pool, service and repair. I asked if they’re service and repair pools and the man who answered named Bryan said “no and to answer your next question I can recommend anyone.” Very sarcastically. He explained that he gets that question 10 times a day. He was very rude and sarcastic.
