Went today to purchase a new kitchen faucet. Saw one we liked and went to pay. Must have been misplaced because it rang up $20 higher than the one we thought we grabbed. Found out at the register. Associate named Maryann asked if there was anything she could assist us with. We told her we picked this faucet and ringing up more than we thought. Then she said “well if it rings up a price at the register, that’s what it is priced”. Like excuse me??? I said well I can check the price or an associate can. She then said “no one can leave the registers and you should have taken a picture of the price” (she’s in self checkout). Then Katherine came out of nowhere to assist us as Maryann should have. Katherine went and checked the price and went above and beyond and honored the price. Even though when she told us it was ringing up correct price, just misplaced. Even if she couldn’t have checked the price personally, she could have asked another associate instead of her attitude about it being rang in and THATS what the price is! Maryann should not be the final person you deal with in the store, let alone her attitude. Thank you, Katherine.

Today I dropped a 5☆ rating down to a two and here's why .We all learned a valuable lesson here today..... Shopping at Lowes on a Monday is no dang good!!Due to the lack of employees on the floor it's left up to total strangers to try to answer questions each of us had about products and or product locations..No Bueno!!!!UPDATED....Saturday October 7, 202eWent back today (Friday) and it was just as bad ....UPDATE #2Thursday January 25th, 2024Returned again after a brief separation from this Lowes but due to the fact I was in the immediate area and had a list of needed items I convinced myself to try the store again so I stopped in.1st on list - stand-up freezer for over flowitems not fitting in the chestfreezer.Of course we spent over 30in that department and notone employee (associate)approached that section orapproached us or sent helpto us. We had numerousquestions concerning Brands(we've never heard of) andquestions concerning ratingsand prices.2nd on list: Plywood- I needed 3 sheets ofplywood but needed eachsheet cut in half so i could makethem fit in my transportation.We were told this locationdoes not cut custom "cuts"any longer .... BUT..... theydirected me to precut plywoodselect (priced higher then fullsheet by 15% or more...Needless to say we left.

Went to the store to get a picnic table kit that was showing 7 in stock. They weren’t in the location listed on the app. Every time I saw an employee they were clearly trying to avoid any customer, running away at any sign someone needs help.I went to the checkout at lumber, she had a phone propped up watching football. Told me they were “out front” without looking up or acknowledging me in any real way. There were 2 assembled tables that had been left untreated and were in terrible shape from being left in the rain and sun (the tables are not pressure treated and need weatherproofing).Asked her again if they have any of the kits (it was showing 7 in stock). She called someone and said she would check and would get right back to me.I stood behind the register for nearly 20 min and she didn’t say a word to me. I approached her again and she snapped at me saying “they only sell them assembled and the others are also in the rain and won’t be any better”.Pretty upset at this point I asked her why she didn’t tell me this as I was standing there so long. She completely ignored me watching her phoneWent to the Lowe’s not far up the road, was immediately helped, got the kit in good condition, and was gone in 10 min.The staff here are terrible. The management just leaves products in the rain, and the store overall looks terrible. Corporate should def come take a look

Did not honor the price shown on the display. A stack of kitchen faucets were on a sale rack. We took one up front and it didn't ring up correctly even tho it was the same name as the sign. A manager would not come to the front to talk to us. They sent us back to Kari the plumbing manager. She was rude and lied to us. She tried to dismiss us and I asked for her name. She proudly spelled it out in that attitude of hers. I wish Lowes wasn't so desperate for workers and would treat their customers better!
