We were there for a suit for my son. O wish they had more of a variety for waist sizes, but for an off the rack suit, i think we did ok.

I went to cosmetics to buy a few basic makeup things because I forgot mine at home and traveling to Tallahasse so no way to go back home after dribing for several hours. I asked for Estee Lauder's loose powder, blush, eyeliner, etc. To my surprise instead of being happy to sell, the lady told me : "they are too expensive and not sure if you can afford it" then, she offered me Clinique as a cheap more affordable option for me. (BTW Clinique is a good decent product should not be presented as "the cheap"). I am not sure if my uggly jeans and the fact that I was not wearing makeup makes me look "cheap"LOL. I like to play the secret undercover customer LOL.
I end up spending almost $200 for my quick stop. Could spend more but the saleS lady thought I cannot afford it. Therefore, I am not planning to return. I will continue buying directly to the vendor.

When you ask a few questions and the answer was no no no we can’t do that is not inviting to shop there again
Macy’s just to be so accommodating to the customers that it was a pleasure to do a return or exchange
When Amazon let you shop and return so easily
Let’s you go with them and forget to shop at this department stores

Macy's at this particular location gives the company a very bad name. It looks like a dirty warehouse that is about to go out of business. Yesterday I needed an outfit and since I happen to finish early at an appointment next to Paddock Mall, I went inside to take a quick look. I went into a fitting room to try on a pair of black dress pants and the leg of the pants as I was pulling them on ran across the filthy floor, covering the pant leg in gray dust. I could not wait to get out of there. I told the sales woman about how filthy the fitting room was and that someone needed to clean it and she laughed. Sad.

I ordered a pair of Polo Ralph Lauren pajama bottoms and a robe for my son for Christmas. When the pajama bottom arrived. The heavy plastic security thing was still attached. I don’t drive so I called customer service. They said I would have to drive to the UPS store 10 miles away to return the pants and then reorder. They would not do a UPS pickup at my house. It is 3 days until Christmas. Years ago when this happened they sent an associate out to remove the tag, but I guess all they care about is how much money they made. I have no present now for my son.

The customer service is worse than terrible! Somehow Macy’s managed to have my old phone number reactivated in my account and they placed a hold on my account. Spoke to 4 different customer service people who just kept transferring me from person to person. I went back into the app and figured out the problem on my own but that won’t take the account hold off. Bye, Bye Macy’s!!!! You have been deleted and I hope you go out of business.

Do not buy any furniture from this Company online . I bought $1,000 recliner which came defective . I had to talk to somebody in China and now I am waiting for a repair person but they don't even show the product delivered on their end. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Drove almost an hour to pick up an item that the app states is available however it wasn't. Also tried using coupons and it restricted EVERYTHING I wanted to buy tried using online and ALL coupons were rejected. Macy's need to do better if you intend on retaining customer's. So my Christmas shopping will go to your competitors.
