“Just got GW3 mobile internet for my RV and it works great. We traveled last week to the keys for a week and had WI-FI all the way from Ocala to Marathon and back! We were able to view our Dish Hopper without any buffering, follow facebook on both our phones and surf the web. Highly recommend their service.”

“I went to get a new phone naturally it was lousy Samsung which I hate but had to get it anyway because of Motorola didn't come with the deal that was on at that time and I'm tight on money being a disabled senior citizen homeless to boot.... I had to take what was offered and then had to turn around and go back in once the guy set it up to pay more money to get the part to plug in to the charging cord and into a 110 outlet to charge the phone and he said that they don't sell them that way anymore you have to buy them separate it's all about the money it's all about the business customer care isn't the greatest I didn't have my internet for quite a while I had to go back again and I didn't notice right off that the case that I paid for and the screen protector was not put on well and the case had already had a crack in it but that doesn't make any difference it's still protects the phone it took me forever of contacting Samsung and the Boost mobile carrier can just get my voicemail setup ????Another reason why I hate Samsung phones on a Motorola or an LG.....YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH EASE ???SORRY SAMSUNG BUT YOU'RE READY TO BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF PHONES AND COMPUTERS AND TABLETS AND ANYTHING ELSE ELECTRONIC ESPECIALLY APPLIANCES ??????”

“We have had residential Ocala Fiber for over a year now, and honestly, we have never had any issues. Yesterday, a bad storm came through and took out power lines and internet lines in our area.
I called Ocala Fiber around 7 PM on Saturday, and about 45 minutes later, a crew was already out checking on the issue. They weren't able to get everything resolved that night, but they let me know they would be back today.
Sure enough, on Sunday morning, the crew was out working early, and our internet is now back up and running.
I just want to say thank you to the Ocala Fiber crew for coming out on the weekend and working hard to get customers back online. My experience with this company has been great, and I really appreciate the service!”
“My elderly mother and I are beholden to the Kindness, Competence, and Patience of TYLER! He was absolutely fantastic helping my mom buy and set up a new iphone after her (very) old one broke. Not only did he set up the phone but he took the time to arrange her apps, download apps, adjust her settings, and teach her how to “swipe” navigate the phone (she was accustomed to a physical home button). Again, Thank You VERY much Tyler (and Verizon!).”

“I really like Zito. The internet service itself is excellent, and they have been extremely responsive when I have called for service. They used to have their service calls routed to India, which was not ideal, but now they are US based and have been very helpful whenever (rarely) there has been an issue.”
