“I had advanced satellite install an antenna for me. Jimbo did an excellent job placing it on my tripod mast but due to WFTV not having a strong signal the antenna would not pick it up on occasion. Even though the warranty had expired Mike sent Jimbo out to adjust it. The first time it didn’t work so Jimbo came out a second time. He got it right. I recognize that this was above and beyond. I highly recommend advanced satellite for your needs.”
“They rip you off when you buy from them and the rip you off when you try to sell they buy your item for as low as they can and then turn it around and sell it higher then you sold it for”

They helped me figure out an issue that needs to be fixed via customer service due to the terrible service I received at the main branch near the mall. “I've been with Metro for over 10 years now and I thoroughly enjoy them however some of the employees at some of their locations are not so open-minded and very friendly I think that it says a lot about their establishment so maybe they should think about that when they're hiring people overall the people that are on the phone that you have to deal with are very kind and try to help you with your problems as best as they can and the prices are unbeatable”

“I was so impressed today when I went in with the above and beyond customer service I recieved. I walked in after being at two other electrical supply stores in Ocala and not finding what I needed. In the other stores I showed them the old part I had and was told nope, we don't have that. I get it, I asked and they answered.
Not at this store. The helpful employee looked at what I needed then talked to me about what I was trying to fix. He looked at the pictures on my phone and drew up a diagram to make sure he understood my setup. They didn't have the part I thought I needed either but he came up with a work around for me with parts they do have. Now a few hours later I'm home with my problem fixed.
He sold me an item that both of the other stores could have easily sold me but he also got a customer for life with his kindness and patience. If anyone asks me where to go for electrical supplies I'll be sending them here. Thank you for saving the day for me!!!”

“Due to my health I was unable to make this review when I intended to but better late than never.
I Had a situation in which one of my emails got stuck on a broken phone that partially worked and had to do a complicated ordeal to get it back and working on my new phone. Thankfully, I did get my email back and updated with the help of the MetroPCS employee. I never got his name but he's a big guy and was cooperative with helping me resolve email issues. Thank you very much sir and sorry for this delay. Keep up the good work!”

“I went to this cricket wireless in Jacksonville do the fact my phone that I had was already messing up so I had to get a better phone which was the Motorola g stylus 25 model works very well The person I dealt with was very friendly very nice very easy to deal with and easy transaction it wasn't busy I would definitely go to this place again to buy a phone at least I got the phone I want because sometimes Walmart and other stores do not care the phones that you can only get from cricket wireless”
“So I've never done the rent to own thing as I've heard horror stories. At 40 I said, eh, the prices are reasonable and I understand what I'm agreeing to, let's try it. They made it super simple and arrived when they said it would. The couch, new. The TV, new. The PlayStation, new. The prices, not bad. Customer service, has been stellar. If you DONT go in blind and understand that no, it's not gonna be the same price as best buy long term but you get it AND a warranty... Not bad guys... Not bad at all... Made my Friday awesome!”
