Even though many people told us this was not a good location, my kids and animals have loved our stay. We have enjoyed the pool, my kids made friends and the staff were very helpful. We would stay again. Hoping the prices of the rooms go back down as we are frequent flyers and enjoy a good swim and a cooled room.

I had some booking issues with my room one night & the lovely girl Lexus handled it with grace and care. I felt at a loss and she strategically helped me resolve my issue & showed so much care. 10/10
