“We were returning home, from a camping trip, when we stopped to eat and realized one of our week old 5th wheel tires had a screw in it, and sitting at 40 psi.We found another place to air the tire while we looked for help.We called Parker's and they said they did 5th wheel tires. We drove the 6 or so miles from I-75 to Parker's.We went over our options and decided to replace the tire with an inexpensive option to get me the remaining 200 miles.After deciding, they guided me where they wanted me to back in and within 20 minutes, I was on the way home.The prices are fair and their service was great. The technician, who I wish I got his name, was very friendly and addressed any concerns I had, such as air pressure from 65 to 80 and preferred jacking point, without fuss.Great job on Customer Service and I'm extremely happy I wasn't there for hours, even though they had a full shop.If you find yourself in the Ocala/Zuber area with an RV tire issue, and you can limp here, get away from the interstate and go to Parker's. I promise you'll appreciate it, over sitting at Love's or some other truck stop for hours.”

“Started using Eastside about a year ago. I own multiple vehicles and they are able to service them all. They are honest and don't try to sell you unnecessary parts or service. They are thorough in letting you know what the issue is, along with all options you have. I have one vehicle that is still under warranty. The dealership said I was crazy and nothing was wring took it to Eastside and they found the issue. And handled all the communication with my warranty company. I highly recommend”

The service was just all-around great that’s the best store I have ever been to and I’ve been going to take five for a couple of years now the store was so great. “Arrived about 10 am. Parked and started across the lot. Had hardly taken a step when I was met by Zackery. He made suggestions based on the mileage of the vehicle and then escorted us inside. Provided a quote in writing. Also provided windshield wiper service. In only minutes the blades were replaced, the oil change completed and the vehicle was parked just outside with the doors open awaiting our departure. I want to thank the entire crew for such a great experience, professional, polite and very quick.”

“I have lived in Ocala for 15 years. I have used 3 other major shops in the area. I have 5 cars, 3 of which are Muscle cars that I will only accept top level work, and I want only the best for my cars. It is for those reasons I am loyal to Brain at Bednar's auto repair. I have 3 dozen or more receipts from the shop over the last 8+ years I have used them. Brian has done every from putting in a new transmission, installed a Holley Sniper EFI system in two of my cars, fix rear axel problems, new 4 wheel disc systems, AC and a myriad of other repairs on my cars. He is the best in town, and is honest, unlike some other shops in town. I know him well and he knows my standards, and he always calls with the estimate prior to conducting repairs. Net, net he is class act, and I have full confidence in the work he performs.”

I still need to buy front tires because they are dry rotted. They really tried hard to get me those tired but silverrock refused to put new tires on front. I suggest that if you buy a vehicle from drive time, take it there and they will do an extensive check. Thank you for your help, Automasters. I will be bringing my vehicle back.”
