“I shopped around for quotes and found Parkers tire. Called and went in and they were super friendly each time. Very easy going, honestly best customer service I have received in a long time. I was a little mislead on the quote, the way it is laid out I did not see the supplies charge at the bottom. The price was the biggest reason I chose them so I was pretty disappointed that I was not really beating the dealership price after all. However, they had been so chill and transparent with me so far that it was hard to be upset. Tom had called me about an hour after drop off and said that he was looking at my brakes and thought I could bypass the service for now if I wanted. I decided to continue and he asked if there was a time I’d like to have it done by which I said “lunch would be great” and alas, it was done and ready by then. You don’t see great customer service and honesty everywhere these days so there is a high chance I will be returning. If prices become competitive to the dealership, I will probably come back for the next 25 years. Thank you James and Tom for all your help”

“European Car Clinic just finished doing amazing job repairing my 2006 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0L Turbo. I knew I could trust them! Consider coming in-person and you will be greeted by excellent customer service. Antifreeze leak due to cracked heating hose. Oil leaking from valve cover gasket onto heating hose. New brake pads and rotors. Air-conditioning now works in my car and more importantly no more overheating or smoke coming from front hood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Been taking my cars here for several years and they always do a great job. I think like all oil change places, they always want to up sell me something (new filter, new wiper blades, coolant change,…) but that’s just part of the game I guess. No different than the waitress pushing appetizers or desserts. They are always friendly and I usually get in and out with very little wait time.”

Everything is great at take 5 oil change.
My own little opinion that I have is that a simple coolant flush shouldn't be so pricey. $150.00 for a coolant flush I believe is way to over priced. I believe a coolant flush should be arranged about the same as an oil change. At least between $50.00 to $70.00. Maybe depending on vehicles or possibly the year or maybe how long the customer as been a loyal customer. If you did the cars based on the year I would say anything under 2019 vehicles should have a deal or discount for a coolant flush. Or at least some coupons for a coolant flush that at least takes away that extra $50.00 or anything.
Other than that Take 5 has been a great place for an oil change they are friendly and fast and very accurate with all their work.”
“This location was so kind to me tonight - after visiting a friend in the area, my tire pressure was down to only 8 psi and hissing away any attempts to top it off. I needed it fixed badly before heading back south on I-75, and even though I arrived just a half hour before close on a Saturday night, they couldn't have been nicer. Leak plugged, other tires all topped off, done in a jiffy with friendly service and at a very reasonable price! How often do you get to say that about a car issue?! I wish I lived closer because I'd certainly be back!”

“I have been a long time customer and on this occasion I had some damage to the sidewall of one tire and picked up a nail which was allowing slow loss of tire pressure. I stopped in to let them look at it and we decided to replace the tire. I returned 2 days later and my waiting time on both visits was about 20 min. Very pleased with their professional service.”

“I have lived in Ocala for 15 years. I have used 3 other major shops in the area. I have 5 cars, 3 of which are Muscle cars that I will only accept top level work, and I want only the best for my cars. It is for those reasons I am loyal to Brain at Bednar's auto repair. I have 3 dozen or more receipts from the shop over the last 8+ years I have used them. Brian has done every from putting in a new transmission, installed a Holley Sniper EFI system in two of my cars, fix rear axel problems, new 4 wheel disc systems, AC and a myriad of other repairs on my cars. He is the best in town, and is honest, unlike some other shops in town. I know him well and he knows my standards, and he always calls with the estimate prior to conducting repairs. Net, net he is class act, and I have full confidence in the work he performs.”
“I went in for a simple tire repair after waking up to a flat tire and a fencing nail in my tire. The repair was super quick and didn't cost a thing with my Walmart+. The man that checked my car in had a great sense of humor and made my morning better because of it. I wish I could remember his name but I do not. I highly recommend this Walmart for you car care needs!”

“Overall, it is clean and great value for shopping. The only down is that I can say they are always stocking their cargo in the isles during business hours, which makes it difficult to shop with a cart when there’s a lot of other people there shopping as well. A lot of jams and not enough space to move around and shop. But seems like most of the Walmarts do this not just this one.”
