“I went to Sam’s Club on Sunday and the place was crowded!!! I thought that I was going to be there at least for an hour and I was only buying 3 items. But they have this thing called “Scan & go” and I tried it. At the end, I was only there for 5 minutes. That tool is the best thing ever! You guys need to try it. Thanks to the guy at the door who told me to use it!”

“I am blown away by the kindness the pharmacy staff showed me today. Saturday they close at 6, not 7, which I didn't think to check about before showing up. I walked up right at 6pm, and it would have been so easy and justifiable for the pharmacy to send me away but they were kind enough to do my quick pick up before leaving for the day! I get sick without my medication, and I was so worried because they close on Sundays so I would be without for 2 days (and it would have been completely my fault!) But the staff went truly above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my needed medication. Never have I received that level of care and customer service at any pharmacy. Thank you so much!

“We recently hosted a neighborhood social event. We decided to provide the entrée of fried chicken pieces. We shopped around for prices for 150 pieces. We tried Lee's Famous Recipe, Popeye's, and Publix, even though we had never tried Publix chicken. Lee's, our favorite, said $195. I could never get a straight answer from Popeye's even though I tried two different locations. Lastly, Publix gave us a price of $125. We scurried down to Publix to see if we liked their chicken, so we bought three pieces (leg, thigh, and breast) and they were delicious, so we made Publix our choice. We ordered our chicken several days in advance and it was ready to go at the appointed day and time. At our little gathering the Publix chicken was a hit! Good going Publix!!”

“So quick and easy to navigation, I love the extra verification steps.. usually earlier than set for. I switched from 20 years with Walgreens. The drive thru is never backed up, like CVS or Walgreens, that are literally all in a row in one intersection. I ask why a pharmacy would just mess things up.. long wait times, but not at Walmart, they actually check your list, get new scripts filled. I completely reckoned this pharmacy.”
“I love Sams Club, but this Sam’s is horribly busy. To get gas there are dangerous lines out onto the street. Not only is the back street busy, but traffic overflows onto 200 and traffic in the right lane is stopped! The guy at the gas pumps is really very efficient, if the cars would follow his instruction. I go through the self checkout because I don’t want to load it, unload it, reload it, push it outside, unload it, drive home and unload it. Whew! The employees at Sam’s are always pleasant!”

“I stopped in to send a package through Fedex but found out that you have to have a preprinted label as they are not able to print them on-site. Also, the mailers need to be purchased through the store before mailing. Best to have your mailer in hand with the preprinted label and then go in and send it. It will save you time.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding staff you have at the Grand Oaks Town Center Bakery. I came in to see if some custom platters could be made for me. Mykenzie was so helpful, and understood and designed my request exactly. Mia produced a dozen magnificent platters of chocolate dipped strawberries and mini fruit tarts which I was able to pick up the very next day. To say I was impressed when I arrived to pick them up was an understatement. Everything was packed with care, and so delicious. You definitely put a smile on a lot of faces with these treats. Kudos to all the dedicated, talented and friendly bakery staff!”

“I've been to this place several times. They keep it pretty clean, and they seem to have adequate staff. The shelves are typically full and the quality is at least as good as your average Walmart. They have a good selection of food. The customer service counter never has much of a line. The reason for minus one star is that they are turning all their checkouts into self check out. I'm not shopping at your store so I can check my own self out. Get a little less cheap and pay some people to do the check out. I mean seriously, most of the people shopping in here are senior citizens and they don't need or want to be fooling around with the checkout machine. Other than that it's a great place.”
