“Highly recommend! They are very nice and great at communicating throughout the process, from the time of booking leading up to arrival. I appreciated the confirmation the day prior as well as a text and call when they were on their way. They are quick, but careful with your belongings and professional. Impressive driving skills as they had to maneuver a large truck in a tiny storage facility. Reasonable prices too. I paid half of the estimate because they bill actual time and were able to get done sooner. They even helped put something together for me and brought in a heavy piece from my garage that wasn't even part of the move. Everything about my experience was a good one! “This shop was great! We were put in a sub truck in Nebraska and had no idea that the A/C wasn't working in it until we got to Florida and the 90+ degrees heat down here. AURTUR was amazing! He worked us in quickly and got me and my husband in some cool air in under an hour from first call to on the road again! Can't thank him enough! “There is no better place or people to rent moving trucks and/ equipment from. The owner is an Angel - seriously and I very seldom say that above someone. The prices and vehicles are so much better than Uhaul and the others. Don't get fooled by the advertised price. For example, Uhaul may advertise a 26' truck for $58 per day; yet, they don't tell you about the mileage fees and other costs, until you go to pay and by then, it's too late to go to another company, because, all their trucks are rented. Penske has unlimited mileage, with no hidden fees and most of all, they are kind, reasonable and fair.”

“Out of what seemed like 5O Uhaul places in Ocala-literally every time i looked, it was as if they were on every corner-this was the ONLY store that had anything stocked. After 2 days of stopping at each one i came across, i finally walked into this store And it was able to grab the few boxes, labels,tape, and packing paper with no issues. The women behind the counter were knowledgeable and kind and helped me find what i needed and check out within 5 mins. I dont know why the other stores seem to have such an issue keeping their products stocked up, but ive never seen anything like this! It seems like my husband and i are always helping someone move, renovating a house for our own family, helping friends, And opening new business offices-and one of the 1st things we learned is that uhaul sells all of that stuff at the absolute best quality and for the cheapest price. But people like me cant buy from them if they’re always out of stock so i hope the other locations take a hint from this store and keepCustomers happy”

“My husband and I rented a trailer on Friday from this location. The two ladies that work here are awesome!!!! The whole experience was amazing. The ladies were fantastic. The one lady I can’t remember their names but was clocking off and waited got our trailer ready and then clocked out she didn’t have to do that. The other woman who helped me at the desk was so pleasant. These two deserve a raise they are prompt and get you checked in and out fast. I returned the trailer Saturday and was greeted with the same amazing service. I highly recommend this location. Thank you so much ladies it was such a pleasure”
