“November 2022: Shipping was very fast. A very polite man called me when the 2 pallets of flooring arrived at their terminal in Ocala (40 miles away). They were very flexible about what day to deliver with a window of 2 to 6pm. I chose delivery for the next day and also chose a truck that was slightly smaller (40 feet) than a semi (53 feet) so it could access my street and be able to maneuver. The truck arrived around 4pm. Driver Roosevelt used the lift gate on the truck to transfer the 2 pallets to us. He was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend TForce Freight. Note: This company was formerly owned by UPS, but they sold it to TFI in 2021. It might still be listed on Google and elsewhere as UPS Freight.
Update June 2024 -- still 5 star! Had a delivery today (6-26-2024). This was actually for my mother-in-law who lives next door. She is unfamiliar with this kind of shipping so she didn't know you can often just ask for the 40-foot truck rather than a semi. The semi came, driven by a friendly and helpful man named Chris. We loaded the large box into my pickup out by the road without difficulty. Our road isn't very conducive to a semi being able to turn around but it was no problem for Chris to back the semi down the street to a side road where he was able to turn around. Once again, I can highly recommend T-Force Freight.”

“I have used this UPS store since moving to Ocala 4 years ago. Just like the population of SW Ocala has grown geometrically since then so has the amount of people using this store. Having just read the reviews to the people who are complaining about the wait go to the USPS post office on 60th and you will wait just as long or longer and they only have two window persons working and sometimes one if one is taken away for a passport appointment. I use this UPS store for both for Amazon Returns and Mailing 95% of my parcels and it was an Amazon Return that is the basis of this review. I went in one day for an Amazon Return and to mail a box to my daughter. Of course, they were busy and the window person I got looked new (I average being in there once a week so I can recognize a new face). She checked in the Amazon Return and took care of the separate parcel. Something seemed off and so when I was handed my receipt, and I only saw one item on it, and I asked are they both here and she said yes. In retrospect I should stopped everything right then and made her show and explain it to me. I stapled the receipt to the extra printed copy of the Amazon Return and left. A couple of days later when I had not received confirmation of Amazon return, I checked with Amazon on their 800 # and they had no record of the return, so I grabbed my paperwork and headed back out to the UPS Store. It is that interaction that is the basis of this review. The person I drew I had seen in the store before, but I had no memorable interactions with her. Just as an FYI I had another bad interaction with a UPS store up north on the return of a phone and because I did not keep my paperwork it cost me $300.00. So, I admit I went in with a little bit of attitude and I was not going to let it happen again for this $70.00 return from Amazon. Well “Kathy” did not take kindly when I mentioned using the stores cameras and calling the Sheriff’s Department for either civil or criminal ligation. So, we did not exactly hit it off. What I will say about “Kathy” she looked into the issue thoroughly (although it was probably to prove me wrong – but I do not care why she did it. I care that she did it) She found the defective item in an Amazon Box marked to be returned and showed it to me. However more importantly got into their computer system and found I had they given me the wrong paper receipt (she printed up the right one for future use with Amazon should I need it) and found several other errors which most likely resulted in the issue with the Amazon computer System. She tracked the package I paid to send and showed me that too. Bottom line if you have an issue with a package “Kathy” is the one you want to talk to. The Store owner was there but “Kathy” seemed to know a lot more about their computer system and the store procedures then he did. As a result, they have to get 5 stars on this interaction.”

“Travis was by himself, with me, until a lady came in for a service that required his attention. But he handled it well, taking care of both of us. I had a phone that decided to just freeze up and he was unable to open it, which created a small issue as I had to finish the download off my iPad when I got home. No problem as Travis every thing up so it was easy for me to finish.”
