The UPS Store #5520 in Ocala is locally owned and operated. It offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing services. The store has an excellent and helpful staff who treats every customer with great care and provides excellent customer service. The staff is quick, efficient, polite, and patient. They will go the extra mile for the customer, understanding their needs and completely helping them out, even during busy times or close to closing. The notary service is very professional, efficient, and quick. If a mistake is made, the staff takes the time to figure it out and fix it courteously. The store is highly recommended for anyone needing shipping, notary, or other business services.
Other than the lines are long they move efficiently. It would be nice if someone could show people how to offer the send service Amazon return machine. That would chur down on the wait time for service.

We had a great experience. We were able to print, notarize, and scan/email all the completed documents. The store was VERY BUSY and the wonderful ladies kept a smile on their faces and kept the line moving.
