“This place is amazing!
I went in with a window that got stuck. I actually had 3 broken windows but I only went there for one as one got stuck down.
They gave me an estimate and the worst case scenario of having to replace the motor. Which I felt I had no choice to get it done as you can’t keep a window down in Florida.
So thinking I’m leaving there with one fixed window and a bill that was unexpected, we waited while they worked on our truck.
Once finished I expected to hand over the credit card and be on our way.
The gentlemen came into the waiting room and sat down next to me and gave me an update.
He said I have good news and good news..
Not only did they find out what was wrong and fix all 3 broken windows, they did it $200 less than what I was originally quoted.
I’m a single mom who also takes care for my father! Life is hard! What this company did for me today was more than just helpful, they actually made a huge difference in my life! I gave the gentleman a hug and left there with happy tears in my eyes!

“Had our new Chevy Equinox readied for towing just the other day. This was our first time flat towing (or towing any vehicle tbh) and the car took one full day to be done. The workmanship was impeccable and they spent roughly 90 minutes with us afterwards making sure to walk through how to hook up and unhook, and answering any questions we might have. This morning we set out for the first time flat towing on our own and it was very easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!”

“My wife and I drove from north Georgia to Ocala, Fla to visit friends. The trip there was uneventful but after arriving our 2009 Jeep Patriot would not start. Our friends recommended Autotech II as they use them. We had the car towed to the shop and they worked on it until we had to rent a car to return home. Rob took it as a personal challenge and was busting his tail trying to get our car back on the road. By the time they had it running they had found a major wiring harness where the insulation had disintegrated resulting in numerous bare wires, several shorted out sensors and a broken throttle body unit. Any of these would have kept the car from starting and finding so many really complicated the trouble shooting process. But the main reason I'm writing this review is that they stuck with it until they got it fixed! There is no way the final bill they gave me accounted for all the time spent on this car (not to mention the frustration they went through). These people are golden. We are so blessed that our friends referred us to such a good, honest and hard working group of people to trust our vehicle with. I had begun to think I would never see our car back on the road when I got the call that it was ready. I simply cannot express our gratitude enough and want to spread word that this shop is to be trusted. Ocala, Florida is lucky to have this sort of shop in their midst! I especially want to thank Rob, Jim, Mike and Lisa for all the work done and keeping us informed about problems encountered and progress made. “My wife and I were returning home from vacation on a Sunday when our vehicle stalled on the highway. Mike responded within the hour and towed us back to his full service shop where he proceeded to diagnose our issue. The problem was not going to get fixed as parts needed to be ordered.
Mike was kind enough to lend us a vehicle to take home which was 2 hours away.
I can't thank Ocala Towing enough for their generosity and service getting us back up and running in a timely manner.

“I had been trying to get a tow from AAA since Friday at 2pm. Never got any help at all from my AAA membership. Finally Monday morning I called Dave's Towing and within 15 minutes, I got a call that Dave was on his way and here was here a few minutes after and he loaded my car out of a tight garage and got it on the way dealer. Extremely nice and so professional. My driveway and garage were not easy to maneuver around but Dave made it look easy! After fighting with AAA for 3 days this was the easiest tow I have ever had.
