“Went to Clifford's to fix/repair a possible overtightened oil pan drain plug by the dealership. I provided the oil, filter and new plug. Ryan the owner stated that he would try to remove the plug without damage, but couldn't guarantee the oil pan was not stripped, in which case I would need the oil pan replaced also. Ryan (the owner) was honest and professional. He was able to remove the plug, change the oil and filter, lubricated the sway bar links, checked all fluids, and did a tire rotation. all this at a reasonable labor charge. I would recommend Clifford's to anyone who needs an honest and fair automotive technician.”

“I need a transmission for my Kia Sportage. I called around and found the best price by far from Juan at Southside. He got the transmission from another yard that he’s associated with in Orlando. He got it in right away. I installed it it worked fine. I went back to give the core back and had a flat tire fire. He fixed it for me very quick and sent me down the road. Thank you Juan”

“I had towed my jeep wrangler for several years. Getting transfer case out of neutral was a nightmare. Manual was wrong and other method suggested by dealer was impossible for me. We bought new jeep and took to Hitching Post to have brake system installed. When we returned they had full instructions typed out. Surprise. No difficulty now. Their help and expertise turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. Highly recommend. Wish I could give them a ten rating. Fantastic.”

“This place is amazing! I went in with a window that got stuck. I actually had 3 broken windows but I only went there for one as one got stuck down. They gave me an estimate and the worst case scenario of having to replace the motor. Which I felt I had no choice to get it done as you can’t keep a window down in Florida. So thinking I’m leaving there with one fixed window and a bill that was unexpected, we waited while they worked on our truck. Once finished I expected to hand over the credit card and be on our way. The gentlemen came into the waiting room and sat down next to me and gave me an update. He said I have good news and good news.. Not only did they find out what was wrong and fix all 3 broken windows, they did it $200 less than what I was originally quoted. I’m a single mom who also takes care for my father! Life is hard! What this company did for me today was more than just helpful, they actually made a huge difference in my life! I gave the gentleman a hug and left there with happy tears in my eyes! Who needs pep boys when you have Oscar’s!”
