THE LADY WITH THE MID AGE WITH THE GLASSES IS REALLY UNHELPFUL AND SEEMS LIKE A RACIST, IT'S BEEN A WHILE THAT I NOTICED SHE'S ALWAYS VERY RUDE AT ME FOR NO REASON IF I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE!!
