Absolutely do not go to this pharmacy! I have never encountered the disgusting Customer Service that’s given! Several times with several different prescriptions. They stated they had not received the prescriptions when the prescriptions were validated on the doctors and. Not just once did this happen over and over and over again. Then you are met with disgusting Customer Service. I have been in customer service for over 30 years. I do not know how any of these people have a job. They are rude to absolutely everyone there with the exception of a few people they refuse to fill your prescriptions without making you come back three or four times when you try to call it’s at least 45 minutes on hold. They hang up several times without even asking you to hold if you in fact get your call answered. It’s probably an hour or so later if you try to drive there you’re sitting in a line for at least 30 minutes at all cost do not go to this pharmacy the woman that is rude there they absolutely will not fire. I don’t understand how this pharmacy is still in business. I will never go there again and hopefully you won’t either I would like to say that our reviews reached a management point so that this could be dealt with, but for whatever reason they are allowed to treat customers like this I am not the only customer this has happened to nor will I be the only customer that happens to. I truly feel bad for anybody that has to come in contact with this pharmacy or is that the mercy of this pharmacy? It is absolutely astonishing to me. That management has done nothing to rectify this the last time I checked this is a customer service business each person that walks in there is a customer and is what keeps them in their jobs not one of them, including the pharmacist wants to do their job answer questions, or help you my suggestion would be that they find different jobs because they clearly do not want to be in the one they’re in.

Very disappointed with this location’s poor customer service. Pharmacist Nicole needs to attend a Customer Service Seminar to improve her much needed customer experience skills. She is a disgrace to the Walgreens brand. Corporate leadership must get involved to address this situation asap. Nicole is rude, sarcastic, careless, and condescending. She needs to find another career that better suits her attitude and demeanor. My husband and I switched to Publix pharmacy effective today. Goodbye Walgreens.

This is the type of experience that deserves a "negative" star. I want to express my complete disappointment and terrible customer service experience at this Walgreens. Two weeks ago, I called this Walgreens pharmacy to check on a prescription that showed was ready in the app. I was on hold for 45 minutes so finally I hung up and drove to the Walgreens. When I got there, I was told they didn't have any of this prescription in stock and I would need to come back the next day. Unfortunately, I was out of town the following week. When I came back I went to the Walgreens and told them I was there to pick up my prescription and they informed me that the prescription was never filled. They started working on the order and tried verifying the dose with us.
The dose they had was incorrect. After we had that straightened out the guy behind the counter said that the pharmacist would fill it and it should be about 10 minutes. There were only two people working in the pharmacy instead of taking care of us the pharmacist with two or three people in line went to the register and started helping other customers who were there well after us. while we stood there and waited. We were completely ignored. My wife asked her how long it would be before the prescription was filled and she said I'm working on it with an extreme attitude and sarcastic look.. At that point, Nicole started doing anything and everything but filling the prescription. I should probably also mention that the phone was absolutely ringing off the hook nonstop.
Which is a normal practice at this location.
We were there for a total of 45 minutes waiting on one prescription. Nicole has an extremely rude, smart mouth on her and her customer service skills are absolutely Pathetic. They finally filled the prescription. My wife told her to have a nice day and she said oh I will extremely sarcastically and then both her and the guy behind the counter just stood there and laughed and laughed and laughed as we were walking away. If it was up to me, l would fire her so quick it would make her head spin. I have been in management my entire career and if someone like this was working for me they wouldn't have lasted 15 minutes. Just an absolute shame. After this experience, my wife and I drove to Publix and switched all of our prescriptions to their pharmacy. We have been with Walgreens for over 25 years. Because of the absolute disgusting way that Nicole handled herself today, Walgreens has officially lost two more customers, and I'm sure we will not be the last.

One of the pharmacy staff became extremely rude and condescending to me stating that I had to wait for a prescription which is an anti anxiety (controlled medication) that was prescribed that day, she said "your doctor doesn't work at Walgreens and it doesn't matter what she says" I told her I know my doctor doesn't work at their pharmacy, I asked why she was talking to me in that manner and she hung up on me

Mary Ann and Steven are the best. I chose this location because I had to drive pass it on my way home. I had visited another Walgreens location on Mericamp Rd prior to stopping here and I wasn't offered much help. Steven and Mary Ann however we're very helpful from start to finish with smiles on their faces. I used the FedEx service and they both went above and beyond their scope of duty. They helped me to get the package shipping ready when they did not have to. In a world where people are selfish, self consumed or just nasty to others for no reason, this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Steven and Mary Ann for helping me yesterday, I truly appreciate it. Kindness is still free, let's keep sharing it.

Don’t work customer service if you don’t like your job or having to talk with patients about something so simple as to “what medication was prescribed?”. Unprofessional. Shameful.

Poor pharmacy, my rxs were not ready due them basically being incompetent. But that’s okay.. I just called my doctor and had her send to Publix instead!There’s no reason my antibiotics should not have been ready in 3 hours. I actually used to work for cvs when I was 16. I’m 35 now and a nurse and I know for a fact it doesn’t take that long. Nor should I have to wait for a STAT medication
